We will refund 100% of the returned jewelry’s value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we are processing your request. We will assess your jewelry’s condition and if deemed eligible for return, we will credit your refund to your original form of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note: If your jewelry is ineligible for return, we will return it to you at cost. Prices may vary depending on your individual purchase and/or location. Should you wish for us to return your jewelry, we will notify you by email and provide you with the necessary details.
For OFFLINE sales or purchases made through our client care team, please make sure to inspect your order within 24 hours. Purchases made from our retail partners are eligible for return in accordance with our retail partner return policies.
