Oscar Massin jewelry purchased through oscarmassin.com may be returned or exchanged for a full refund or purchase credit within 60 days of delivery. All jewelry must be in pristine condition: unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original box and pouch with accompanying tags and certificate(s). Kindly allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund. Please note: our engraved, high jewelry and bridal collections are ineligible for return.
ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns or exchanges of:
- Fine Jewelry
- High Jewelry (might vary on a style-to-style basis)
- Made-to-order Jewelry
- Engagement and wedding styles
- Engraved Jewelry ($100 per product returned will be deducted from the final refunded amount as restocking fee).
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of:
- Jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler
- Damaged, Worn or Altered Jewelry
RETURNING YOUR JEWELRY
To start a return, please email our client care team: hello@oscarmassin.com with your order number and the style number(s) of the jewelry you would like to send back. We’ll respond within 24 hours with details on how to complete your return. Once you receive our email confirmation, please ship your jewelry back to us using the return label we have provided. We will notify you once your return is in process. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
GIFT RETURNS
All jewelry received as a gift is eligible for return within 60 days of purchase. We will process your return as credit toward a future purchase. Please note: the cash value of your gift may be refunded only to the original purchaser. EXCHANGING YOUR JEWELRY
We accept exchanges of jewelry for the same design and price, in a different color or size, within 60 days of delivery.
REFUNDS
We will refund 100% of the returned jewelry’s value. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we are processing your request. We will assess your jewelry’s condition and if deemed eligible for return, we will credit your refund to your original form of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note: If your jewelry is ineligible for return, we will return it to you at cost. Prices may vary depending on your individual purchase and/or location. Should you wish for us to return your jewelry, we will notify you by email and provide you with the necessary details.
For OFFLINE sales or purchases made through our client care team, please make sure to inspect your order within 24 hours. Purchases made from our retail partners are eligible for return in accordance with our retail partner return policies. Please note that gifts with purchase, as well as jewelry offered at an exclusive price or promotion, (deemed final sale), are ineligible for return.
