We offer FREE SHIPPING in the continental U.S. Unfortunately for the time being, we are unable to ship internationally.
Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped with premium carriers (FedEx, UPS..) and are scheduled to be shipped on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Oscar Massin is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays (for instance due to inclement weather conditions), carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
For your protection, Oscar Massin always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value. Besides, our shipping box won't give away what's inside.
- Requires a signature for shipment delivery and will include a tracking number.
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical home or business addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Oscar Massin’s fulfillment center.

We cannot be held accountable if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and we cannot be held liable for any carrier's guarantees.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately and we will contact the carrier in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
